- Notes: Standard delivery (to your door) is free with any mattress. Set-up of new mattress and removal of old mattress are both available with Gold delivery service ($79-$119). Higher-priced delivery options include set-up of adjustable bases and deliveries involving more than 3 flights of stairs.
