So glad she took me here, I have had two pedicures from them and the women were both good!! I JUSt got this one from Mimi, and not only is she super sweet, she is also very gentle but thorough on cuticles…it felt relaxing as did the massage. She is also excellent at shaping and painting the nails super clean!! I got the callous remover as an add on and she managed to get my feet so smooth and no discomfort at all!!!I love the whole staff, they are always pleasant, professional, and the place is quiet and clean, which helps the sense of relaxation. It’s super easy to book as well. They do such a wonderful job here, my friend gets her pedicures all the time with gel and they are great and stay on until she gets another pedicure. So glad she took me here, I have had two pedicures from them and the women were both good!! Came here Bc of the good reviews but I had a very negative experience. I came in originally wanting a dip manicure with a french design over it. I was told they would not do any polish over the dip and that I would need to get Gel X. I agreed but it quickly became obvious that the man doing my nails had never done Gel X before. He put on many tips on my nails that were so small they barely covered half my nail. I had to point out that they were not the proper size and he had to start over several times. Two days after I get my nails done, one of my nails fell off. The next couple days 4 more also fell off. I had to get nail glue and glue them back on because I had a wedding to attend out of town and I couldn’t go back in to get them fixed. I tried calling the salon but no one has gotten back to me. I will not be going back. This was not worth $70 and I wish I could get a refund.

I have gotten dip manicures on my natural nails here several times and always had great experiences. However, at my last visit I had a very unpleasant experience with the nail tech “B.” When I pointed out an area of my nail that he hadn’t covered with the dip powder, he got very rude and condescending and almost didn’t fix it until I pushed more for it. I also pointed out that the dip powder was very thick on my nails (thicker than it’s ever been done on me at this salon or at the many others out of state I used before I moved.) His response was, “Are you kidding? For dip powder this is thin!” He then gave me my ticket leaving me with dip powder still all over my fingers. When I asked for a paper towel to wipe my fingers off, he responded, “There’s a sink back there.” I really do love this salon but after this experience I will be thinking twice about going back, or if I do I will be sure to request any nail tech other than “B.”

This place has great nail techs who are very skilled but if you get someone named Kailyn … ask for someone else. She’s rude, rough and has no idea what she’s doing. She burned me and scraped me. I’m worried about the health of my nails.

I’m doing this review for my mother. This was our first time trying this place out. I got a pedi and she got a fill and pedi. The guy who did her nails left a bunch of nail polish on her skin. He said it will come off with soap when you wash your hands! She’s washed her hands 3x already and she still has nail polish on her fingers. Won’t be going back!
